Anti-LAYN Antibody

Generated in rabbit and affinity-purified, this polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes layilin (LAYN), a transmembrane hyaluronan receptor implicated in cytoskeletal remodeling, cell adhesion, and the exhaustion program of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells. Validated for Western blot on human and mouse samples, the reagent is supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated antibody in liquid form and supports research workflows investigating tumor immune microenvironment biology, including hepatocellular carcinoma and lung cancer studies where LAYN marks dysfunctional TIL populations.
