Anti-LATS1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the Large Tumor Suppressor Kinase 1 (LATS1, also known as WARTS), a serine/threonine kinase central to the Hippo signaling pathway and the regulation of cell proliferation, organ size and mitotic progression. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid stock formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, a buffer combination that allows convenient storage at –20 °C and protects the protein from repeated freeze–thaw damage. The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human LATS1, and the resulting antiserum was antigen-affinity purified to an estimated purity of greater than 95%. The antibody is validated specifically for Western Blot (WB) applications and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies of LATS1 expression across the most common laboratory species.
