Anti-LATH Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against LATH (also known as TMEM30A or Cdc50a), a type I transmembrane accessory subunit required for folding and ER exit of P4-ATPase lipid flippases. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and ships as a 100 µl vial ready for dilution into standard western blot workflows.

Validated for western blot, the antibody recognizes endogenous LATH in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of flippase complex assembly, phospholipid asymmetry at the plasma membrane, and intracellular membrane trafficking. As a polyclonal reagent, the antiserum binds multiple epitopes on the target protein, which can be useful when probing denatured, membrane-enriched fractions prepared from cultured mammalian cells or tissue homogenates. Sodium azide is included as a preservative; refrigerate the vial and protect from light between uses to preserve antibody activity across repeated applications.
