Anti-LAT (phospho-Y255) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the LAT protein specifically when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 255. It is supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human LAT (Isoform Long) around the Tyr255 phosphorylation site, and detects endogenous levels of the target only in its phosphorylated form.

It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 38 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
