Anti-LAT (L185) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets LAT. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 161–210 of human LAT, and the unconjugated antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blotting (WB), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. According to the manufacturer, LAT (L185) pAb detects endogenous levels of LAT protein. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 38 kDa, and the reagent is supported by one scientific validation image.
