A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against LAT (D156), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary reagent validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of LAT protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 131–180 of human LAT, and the target migrates at approximately 38 kDa.
The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
