Anti-LAT Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets LAT (Linker for Activation of T cells) and is supplied at 50 µl with a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Affinity-purified against a recombinant human LAT immunogen, the unconjugated antibody recognises the endogenous level of total LAT protein and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, with no fluorophore or enzyme reporter attached, allowing users to pair it with their own secondary detection chemistry. The formulation is a phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
