Anti-LASS4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against LASS4 (also known as ceramide synthase 4, CerS4, LAG1 longevity assurance homolog 4, and sphingine N-acyltransferase CERS4), a member of the ceramide synthase family implicated in sphingolipid biosynthesis. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of the human LASS4 protein, and the antibody is supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated rabbit IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant.
