Anti-LASP1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets LASP1 and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG antibody is affinity purified and validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, with the product supported by 5 scientific validation images. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 130-205 of human LASP1 (NP_006139.1), with a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000-1:3,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500-1:1,000 for IP.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted for storage at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
