Anti-LASP-1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use only, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets LASP-1 (LIM and SH3 domain protein 1, also known as MLN50), detecting endogenous levels of the protein via a peptide immunogen derived from the internal region of human LASP-1. The unconjugated antibody is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), and it shows reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of this actin-binding, focal-adhesion-associated protein. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity. The antibody is offered at a 50 µl pack size and is intended strictly for research applications, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
