Anti-LARP4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against LARP4, supplied unconjugated in liquid form by Antibodies.com. The target is LARP4 and the antibody is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed in mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human LARP4 (NP_443111.4).

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and has a molecular weight of 81 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
