Anti-LARP1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LARP1, validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 106–205 of human LARP1 (Q6PKG0), with a target molecular weight of 163 kDa. The manufacturer-recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.

Western blot validation used the antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution on extracts of various cell lines, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 25 µg lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and ECL Enhanced Kit detection with a 90 second exposure. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
