Anti-LAPTM4B Antibody

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 218-317 of human LAPTM4B (NP_060877.3), then affinity purified. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
