Anti-LAMTOR5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against LAMTOR5 (also referred to as HBXIP). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–173 of human LAMTOR5 (NP_006393.2) and is affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 10 kDa. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity reported against human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
