Anti-LAMP3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against LAMP3 (also designated CD208). The reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 140–380 of human LAMP3 (NP_055213.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
