Anti-LAMP2 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against LAMP2. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–300 of human LAMP2 (NP_054701.1) and affinity-purified prior to formulation. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and detects LAMP2 at an apparent molecular weight of 100–130 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:1,000–1:5,000 is suggested.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
