Anti-LAMP1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human LAMP1, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets Lysosomal-Associated Membrane Protein 1, a heavily glycosylated single-pass transmembrane protein most enriched in the limiting membrane of late endosomes and lysosomes. Because LAMP1 marks degradative compartments, it is routinely used as a lysosomal marker in studies of autophagy, lysosomal biogenesis, exosome release, and intracellular trafficking pathways.

Validated in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the antibody is supplied as a 100 µL aliquot in a single-use vial, and is reactive with human samples.
