Anti-Laminin-R (Q215) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Laminin-R and is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 181-230 of the human protein. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody recognises endogenous levels of Laminin-R protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa. Purification by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
