Anti-Laminin γ-3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Laminin γ-3 (LAMC3) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it detects endogenous levels of Laminin γ-3 across a broad set of applications including Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA, with validated reactivity on human and mouse samples. For best preservation of activity the vial should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year.
