Anti-Laminin α-4 (A511) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Laminin α-4 (A511). The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 480-530 of Human Laminin α-4. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Laminin α-4 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 203 kDa.
