Anti-Lamin B1 (L75) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Lamin B1. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of Human Lamin B1. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Lamin B1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 68 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
