Anti-Lamin B Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-Lamin B polyclonal antibody targets the Lamin B family of nuclear intermediate filament proteins that form the meshwork underlying the inner nuclear membrane. Produced in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid format (100 µg per vial), it is validated for western blot detection of the ~66-68 kDa Lamin B band and for immunohistochemistry on cryosections, paraffin-embedded, and frozen tissue sections. Broad cross-reactivity across human, mouse, rat, rabbit, porcine, feline, and chicken samples makes it useful as a nuclear envelope marker or loading reference alongside cytoplasmic targets. Aliquot upon receipt and store at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity.
