Anti-Lamin A/C (R386) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Lamin A and Lamin C and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 351-400 of Human Lamin A/C. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of Lamin A/C protein.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It recognises bands at approximately 74 and 65 kDa, consistent with Lamin A and Lamin C isoforms, and is supported by 3 scientific images.
