Anti-Lamin A + C Antibody

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 403-572 of human Lamin A/C (NP_005563.1). It recognises the target at molecular weights of 68 kDa and 72 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, and ChIP: 1:50-1:200. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C, should be stored at -20°C upon delivery with freeze/thaw cycles avoided, and the concentration is lot specific.
