Anti-Lamin A / C Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the endogenous Lamin A / C nuclear intermediate filament proteins and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography using a synthesized peptide derived from human Lamin A / C around the non-phosphorylation site of S392. It is validated for Western Blotting (recommended 1/500–1/2000), Immunohistochemistry (1/100–1/300), Immunofluorescence including ICC/IF (1/200–1/1000) and ELISA (1/20000), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is shipped on cold packs at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored long-term at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
