Anti-LAMC3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody to LAMC3 is supplied in a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity-chromatography on an epitope-specific immunogen consisting of a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human LAMC3. The unconjugated reagent is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with rabbit IgG as the isotype. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to detect endogenous levels of total LAMC3 protein in samples from both Human and Mouse origins.
