Anti-LAMC2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody to LAMC2 is an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid formulation.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 613–800 of human LAMC2 (NP_005553.2), and targets the protein at a reported molecular weight of 131 kDa. It is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Supporting validation images include a Western blot of rat lung lysate and immunofluorescence staining of A431 cells, rat kidney and mouse kidney.
