The Antibodies.com polyclonal LAMB1 reagent is a rabbit-derived immunoglobulin raised against laminin subunit beta-1, a basement-membrane glycoprotein that participates in integrin-mediated adhesion and extracellular-matrix organization across epithelial, endothelial, and neural tissues. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody, the reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human and mouse specimens, supporting studies of basement-membrane remodeling, organ development, and tumor-stroma interactions. Researchers apply the antibody to characterize laminin networks in brain, kidney, and muscle sections, and to confirm expression of the beta-1 subunit in cell-culture models of fibrosis and angiogenesis. Each vial of polyclonal preparation provides multi-epitope recognition, which can be useful when probing denatured targets or when monoclonal reagents fail to produce a detectable signal under a given fixation protocol.
