Anti-LAIR1 Antibody

The polyclonal rabbit reagent from Antibodies.com raised against LAIR1 (Leukocyte-Associated Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor 1) is supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl vial and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse samples. LAIR1 is a type I transmembrane inhibitory receptor carrying a cytoplasmic ITIM motif, expressed on most peripheral blood immune cells including NK cells, B cells, T cell subsets, monocytes, and dendritic cells, where it engages collagen ligands and dampens cellular activation downstream of collagens encountered in inflamed and tumor tissues.

In cancer immunology and chronic-infection research, the antibody supports profiling of LAIR1 on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, mapping collagen-driven suppression within the tumor microenvironment, and exploratory studies of LAIR1 blockade alongside checkpoint immunotherapy in murine models and patient tissue sections.
