Anti-LAG3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets LAG-3 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29–170 of human LAG3 (NP_002277.4). The antibody recognises a 70 kDa protein. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:100–1:500 is suggested.

The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
