Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 218–260 of human Lad. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples, with specificity data indicating that it detects endogenous levels of Lad protein.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa.
