Anti-Lactoferrin Antibody [KT12]

A Mouse monoclonal antibody targeting Lactoferrin, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The clone KT12 is raised in Mouse and is of the IgG1 isotype, provided as an unconjugated liquid preparation with reactivity confirmed against Human samples.

Validated for ELISA applications, the antibody was generated using purified human lactoferrin as the immunogen. The IgG fraction is purified from culture supernatant via a Protein A column, with the final formulation supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. A recommended dilution of 1 µg/ml is suggested for ELISA use.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt for storage at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent performance.
