Anti-L2HGDH Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human L2HGDH (NP_079160.1), and the reagent has a molecular weight of 40 kDa. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. The concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
