Anti-L1CAM Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting L1CAM (also referred to as CD171), supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on human, mouse and rat samples, with four scientific validation images referenced.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1143–1257 of human CD171/L1CAM (NP_000416.1). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target's reported molecular weight is 85 kDa, with observed bands at 200–250 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

Shipped at 4°C, the product should be aliquoted on receipt and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
