Anti-KYNU Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human kynureninase (KYNU), the pyridoxal-5'-phosphate-dependent enzyme that catalyzes hydrolytic cleavage of 3-hydroxykynurenine to 3-hydroxyanthranilic acid in the kynurenine pathway of tryptophan catabolism. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples.

KYNU expression is widely studied in immunometabolism and neuroscience research, where altered flux through the kynurenine pathway is implicated in tumor immune escape, neuroinflammation, and psychiatric disorders.
