Anti-KYNU Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent targets human Kynureninase (KYNU) and is supplied at 100 µl for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The antibody is raised in rabbit and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography before being formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 20% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as preservative; the preparation is delivered unconjugated. The immunogen corresponds to a recombinant protein fragment within amino acids 114–299 of human KYNU, and validation data shown on the supplier page demonstrate reactivity on A549 whole-cell lysates (30 µg separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, primary antibody diluted1:1000) and on paraffin-embedded MCF7 xenograft tissue used at a 1:500 dilution. The product is shipped at 4 °C, with the recommendation to aliquot upon arrival and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
