Anti-KYNU Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against KYNU (also referred to as L-Kynurenine Hydrolase). It is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-307 of human KYNU (NP_001028170.1).

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB, 1:50-1:100 for IHC, and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is reported as lot specific.
