Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Kv7.1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
It was raised against recombinant full length Human Kv7.1 and detects endogenous levels of Kv7.1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 75 kDa, and the product is supported by two scientific validation images.
