Anti-Kv4.3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against the voltage-gated potassium channel Kv4.3 and supplied as an unconjugated, lyophilised preparation. The antibody is reactive with mouse samples and has been validated for ELISA and WB applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid 55–64 of mouse Kv4.3, conjugated with KLH for immunization (sequence RTTLERYPDT). The product is purified by protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4. Concentration is reconstitution dependent; reconstitution is performed with double distilled water. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
