Anti-Kv3.4 (R11) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody (Kv3.4 (R11)) is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human KV3.4. It detects endogenous levels of Kv3.4 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples. The unconjugated antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, reaching a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at an approximate pH of 7.2, and recognises a target with a molecular weight of ~ 70 kDa.
