Anti-Kv3.4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the Kv3.4 voltage-gated potassium channel subunit (KCNC4) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human Kv3.4 around the non-phosphorylation site of S15, and it has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen so that it selectively detects endogenous levels of Kv3.4 protein. It is of the IgG isotype and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed on human, mouse and monkey samples.
