Anti-KV10.1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to recognise the KV10.1 voltage-gated potassium channel (also known as KCNH1, EAG1 or h-eag), this polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 50 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human and rat samples, making it suitable for studies of ion-channel expression and tissue distribution. With its polyclonal profile and unconjugated format, the reagent is compatible with a wide range of secondary-antibody detection chemistries (HRP, fluorescent, biotin or alkaline-phosphatase reporters), giving laboratories flexibility in designing WB and IHC workflows. For best stability, the glycerol-supplemented liquid formulation should be stored at –20 °C in small aliquots to minimise freeze–thaw cycles, and the included sodium azide serves as a microbial preservative for bench-top use.
