Anti-KV1.5 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the KV1.5 protein and is offered as a primary antibody by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human KV1.5, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of the KV1.5 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation containing PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification was performed by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen.
