Anti-Kv1.3 (E131) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the Kv1.3 (E131) epitope, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody was raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human Kv1.3, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Kv1.3 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target has a stated molecular weight of ~ 58 to 67 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
