Anti-Ku80 (XRCC5) Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody binds the human Ku80 protein (XRCC5), the larger subunit of the Ku70/Ku80 heterodimer that recruits DNA-dependent protein kinase activity to DNA double-strand breaks. Validated for western blot detection of the ~80 kDa band, immunohistochemistry on fixed tissue sections, and immunofluorescence visualisation of nuclear Ku80 localisation, the antibody is supplied from Antibodies.com as 100 µl of liquid stock in a single-use vial.
