Anti-Ku70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against the Ku70 subunit (also known as XRCC6 / 70 kDa subunit of Ku antigen), a key component of the non-homologous end joining DNA repair pathway. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml and has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human samples, making it a versatile tool for studying DNA double-strand break repair, V(D)J recombination and related chromatin processes. The polyclonal host is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human Ku70.
