Ku70 (also known as XRCC6) is a nuclear protein that forms a heterodimer with Ku80, supporting the non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) pathway for DNA double-strand break repair, V(D)J recombination, and telomere length maintenance. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against human Ku70 and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. The reagent reacts with human samples and is intended for research use only, supporting studies of genomic stability, DNA damage response, and chromatin biology. Each vial is supplied at 100 µl as a liquid aliquot; store refrigerated, protect from light, and minimize freeze-thaw cycles to maintain antibody activity. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with secondary antibodies for fluorescence or chromogenic detection in cell and tissue-based applications.
