Anti-Ku70 / 80 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the human Ku70 / Ku80 heterodimer, allowing it to recognise total endogenous levels of the Ku70 target across multiple species. Supplied as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the 50 µL aliquot is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was epitope-affinity purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography and is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
