Anti-Ku-70 (S1) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Ku-70 and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human Ku-70. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Ku70 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
