Anti-Ku-70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal-region peptide of human Ku-70 and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified antiserum at 1 mg/ml in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µl pack size is calibrated for routine Western blotting and ELISA work, and validation has confirmed reactivity across human, mouse, and rat samples, making the antibody useful for cross-species screening programmes that target the 70 kDa subunit of the Ku heterodimer. Specificity is directed at endogenous Ku-70 protein, with the epitope chosen from the central region of the human sequence to reduce off-target binding.
